The Ballina Rugby Union Club invites applications for Senior Grade coaches (assistants) in 1st Grade, Reserve Grade, Under 18’s and Women for the 2023 Season.
The Mighty Ballina Seahorses are a financially solid club with First Class facilities and short term plans to develop our club house and grounds to better accommodate our growing football teams.
Our Junior coaches are set for 2023 but if you want to assist or manage a team, then also please express your interest by emailing the club from the link below.
You will need suitable experience, accreditation and qualifications, but importantly, you need to have great character and the ability to progress player skills and create an enjoyable environment for young and not so young men and women to have fun and grow.
We are looking to support these Senior coaches with some coach the coaches sessions prior to season kick-off to ensure our coaches have a consistent approach to growing teams. Once these sessions have been confirmed we will post the details.
Coaching is always challenging but it is also very rewarding when progress is made and growth is achieved.
